Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Bill Check, a supplier-invoice review service operated by AppCradle. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Bill Check helps you organize invoice information and identify values that may deserve review. Results are working records, not accounting, tax, legal, inventory, or recovery advice. You remain responsible for checking source documents, received quantities, agreed prices, currencies, and supplier communications before acting.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the service only for information you are authorized to process. You may not misuse the service, probe its security, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or use automated access that burdens the service.
Plans and billing
Free and paid allowances are shown in the product. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes appear at checkout. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid transactions. You can cancel through the billing portal either at the end of the paid period or immediately. Immediate cancellation ends paid access at once; rights required by law remain unaffected.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that data to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or suspend access to protect users and the service. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to paid features will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bill Check is provided “as is.” AppCradle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from unverified results. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Bill Check during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or nonpayment. For questions or notices, email hello@appcradle.net.
