This policy explains how Bill Check by AppCradle collects, uses, and protects information when you use the service.
Information we process
We process your email address, authentication and session records, workspace details, catalog data, supplier mappings, invoice data, review notes, usage records, and support messages. If you upload a document, we also process the file and the values extracted from it.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate your workspace, compare invoice lines, generate editable extraction drafts, enforce plan allowances, provide support, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database, private file storage, and document-processing services. AppCradle Auth manages account credentials and verification. If paid plans are enabled, Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, tax, payment, and subscription information under its own privacy terms. Bill Check does not store full payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are retained while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request account or workspace deletion by emailing us. We may keep limited billing, fraud-prevention, or audit records when required by law.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport, private object storage, signed webhooks, and bounded application logs. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing, where applicable. Send requests to hello@appcradle.net. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children and changes
Bill Check is a business service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be updated when we do.
